This beautiful villa was furnished by one of the islands premier designers and has an "island connection" feel. The decor in this villa has become so popular that both the designer and the development company (Centex) have photographed it for use in their promotional materials.  It connects the rich history of Polynesia with the Big Islands landscapes and it's people.  Inside you will find furnishings especially commissioned for the property along with an extensive collection of art by local Big Island artisits.  One prominent art piece is a one-of-a kind dramatic Hawaiian Volcano Mural commissioned for the property. Another fabulous art piece is a polynesian dress hung in a shadow box.  No cheap furnishings slopped in just so that the owners can rent the place.  This villa is stylishly yet comfortably furnished for your family and friends.  The floor plan is generous and allows for two or three couples staying together to occupy bedrooms on two levels for privacy.  If you only need two bedrooms, the third bedroom can be locked off at a savings to you.

The villa is located near the tennis and basketball courts.  However despite the proximity to these two sports areas you cannot hear bouncing balls inside.  We even provide you with four tennis racquets, balls and a basketball to use during your stay!

The villa is an easy and pleasant brief walk to the ocean club and is located on the Pro-Tee box of hole #14 on the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course.  In addition to an outstanding ocean view from the two lanais and master bedroom, this villa is perhaps the only one in the complex that has a "peek" at the Hilton Hotel's Bay as the building's proximity to the bay is close and it can be seen from the upper lanai.  You will find so many things to look at outside including:  Ocean, Green Fairways, Lava Outcroppings, Plants/Flowers/Vegetation, Mountains and the twinkling lights and tikis of the Hilton from a distance at night.  You'll pay a LOT LESS for not being ocean front (where ALL you see is lava and water) and you'll get SO much more to look at!  Plus you will be far away from the noises and smells of the ocean front club yet close enough to walk to it.

The views from this villa are fascinating including ocean, golf course and Mauna Kea.  You will delight in awaking each morning to a view of the ocean from the master bed, on the upper lanai or sipping Kona coffee on the lower lanai.  Even your guests will be enchanted by the stunning views of Mauna Kea and an ocean peek out their guest bedrooms.  At night, the lulling sounds of the ocean can often be heard from the lanais and master bedroom as the villa is close to the Hilton's bay.

The ocean club is situated on a prime point with views north and south up and down the coast.  From December-April whales can be seen frequently.  The club has a grill serving a wide variety of traditional and gourmet items and full bar service from a beautiful koa wood bar. This is the only complex in the Waikoloa/Mauna Lani area that has an ocean front restaurant and bar, privately and exclusively reserved for owners and guests use.

The lagoon style swimming pool has a section for the kiddies with a misting turtle as well as a section for adults with in-pool lounging seats, a waterfall and a sand bottom jacuzzi!

The ocean front exersize cabana is complete with state of the art equipment and two flat screen tv's.

This is what you came to Hawaii for, relax and take it all in!
