The upper level Master Bedroom is furnished with a King Bed containing
a new comfortable Beauty Rest Mattress with pillowy top. Off the befroom is the upper level lounging lanai, complete
with sofa, two side chairs with ottomans and coffee table. The bed, side tables and dresser are all quality Polynesian
Style wood. There is a beautiful writing/computer desk complete with a comfortable chair. A beautiful side chair,
ample lighting, plush linens and a touch of grass cloth on the wall completes the look. For your entertainment pleasure,
there is a 47 inch television and stereo.
The main level guest bedroom (Guest Room #1) is just gorgeous; a welcome
home after a day of exciting Big Island adventures. It contains a Queen Size bed with a new comfie Beauty Rest Mattress
with pillowy top. There are two side tables and a dresser both of quality Polynesian Style wood. A side chair
and beautiful artwork complete the decor. Ejoy catching your favorite late night show as you drift to sleep with your
in-room tv. The bathroom contains a tub/shower combination with a toilet and sink. The wallpaper pattern is of a tropical
golf course with clubhouse designed to look like the Hali'i Kai Clubhouse.
The Upper level Guest Bedroom (Guest
Room #2) contains two twin beds that may be put together to create a king bed. The feel of this room is light and airy,
complimenting the sunlight it receives. You will find a fun Polynesian style wood dresser and side table. There
is also an authentic Stickley wood writing desk from the Harvey Ellis collection. The headboard is custom designed in
fabric. Enjoy a tv and dvd/vcr player in this room. You will even find a Pack-&-Play crib and high chair in
the closet for the littlest keiki. Enjoy a view of Mauna Kea out your window and even a peak at the ocean! Next
to the bedroom is a wonderful bathroom with a large walk in shower, sink and toilet. The pineapple wallpaper will remind
you of our warm hospitality.

The Master Bathroom is a total joy. It contains a deep soaking tub
with a pass through window to the bedroom (shutters close as option), a large walk in glass shower, double sink/vanity, a
large walk in closet and a private separate toilet room. You will find special Polynesian accents to remind you where
you are.

One of the nice features of this particular floor plan is the fact that
the three bedrooms are separated. You can occupy the Master Bedroom on the upper level and your guests can occupy the upper
and lower level bedrooms and you will feel as if you have complete privacy. The bedrooms/bathrooms are spread out making each
quiet and private. Other floor plans at Hali'i Kai do not afford this privacy and spaciousness.

The upper lounging lanai is a place of gathering in private or with invited
guests. There is ample seating including a sofa and two side chairs with connecting conversation table and two ottomans. A
coffee table completes the entertaining function. The views off the lounging lanai are magnificent including ocean,
mountain, golf fairways and at night the twinkling lights of the Hilton at a distance. This particular villa is the
only one in the entire complex situated so that you can see a peek-a-boo look at the Hilton's Bay. The ocean can often be
heard from the bay while sitting on one of the two lanais or in the master bedroom.
